New Program Translates to More Designs

Over the past 6 months or so, I've been using the Brother PE Embroidety designer to create my embroidery files. While the program itself is good, it is incredibly limited in detail, color and sizing.

Due to the limitations and ordering a new, larger machine, I had no choice but to hunt down a new program to use. My budget was limited in what I could purchase and a lot of the free programs were moot in what I needed to use. After browsing several embroidery sites and blogs, I say a trend stating that Embird was really good and easy to use. Price wise it was very much on the cheap end (when it comes to embroidery programs). The program lets you test it out a little (can't save and test on the machine, though) so I gave it a try.

And what did I learn? Embird is awesome. It's easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to manipulate. The detail option is awesome and the ability to adjust things is easy to understand.

Already, I've built up a nice stock of files to prep for new items coming up.

So, if you're in the market for a new program and have about $300 to spend, I would highly suggest getting embird.
