Why so many crafts and projects?
Several reasons: I enjoy learning new skills, there’s two in this relationship and we have different interests, one craft and open the door to several projects, and I have never been able to sit still and get tired of repetition too often to keep only one project running.

How can I learn all of these crafts?
Probably the same way we did: tutorials, others people, forums, and trial and error.
Oh, and we’re building tutorials as often as we can on subjects we get asked the most about. Check out the tutorial section for more!
How long before my order ships?
That depends on what you’re ordering and when you’re ordering. Most items will state the estimated time of completion. If you’re requesting a commission, we’ll do our best to get it done before your due date, or at least communicate if we can’t.
If there isn’t a stated time frame, 3 to 5 business days on average.
I got my order, but it’s not what I wanted.
If we messed up your order and sent you the wrong item, that is on us and we ask that your message us as soon as possible so we can fix the order. If this is because you changed your mind on what you wanted and didn’t communicate that to us, that’s on you and your lack of telling us earlier.
If you’re willing to be polite and explain the circumstances, we will see what we can do, but please remember that no communication from you means it’s all good.
